How to reset the Administrator password?

Hi,
I should login to a insight Manager from which I forgot the admin password.
How can I reset this password?

I had the same problem with Insight Manager 4 - managed to solve it by doing the following !!! I am new to this aswell.

Just copied CPQHMMD.DLL file from another server which I knew the password of and then replaced it with the existing file.

File Location c:\compaq\wbem (replace the old file), then go to services and restart these two services

Compaq web Agent
Compaq WMI Web Agent

This will then be the password of the other server!!!

Currently I unfortunately cann't try this out. But I'll do it as soon as possible.
Although my server is running under RedHat 8.0, I think your hint can help me.

I have tried this several times before as well and it always corrected the problem. Now I have a new server that wasn't built by me and no one seems to know the password to the admin account and this isn't working. The version of the IM agent is 7.3.

Does anyone have any other suggestions
