open sql.ini file. there will be an entry for server = servername.....followed by an entry for password = password. If nothing is given, the default password would be SYSADM.

the password that "indoaryaan" means is the sqlbase-server-password(needed for f.e. "set server"-command), not the database-password. if you would like to change the password of non-SYSADM-user you can do this with the user sysadm but if you are lose the password for the SYSADM-User there is no way to reset it. ask at gupta-support for a solution but i think there is no way for us to find it out!
