The config password will get you anywhere. Feature **config with a password of config? Did you mean admin password? Getting the switch to default would be your only way to regain access without a RAD I believe. Unless you have technical support who have the capability to walk you through the steps. They need info from your switch, and the process differs from switch to switch.
