HOW CAN I RESET THE PASSWORD FOR A BCM 450? NO ONE IN MY DEPT CAN RECALL THE PASSWORD AS WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM FOR YEARS, NOW THE CUSTOMER IS CHANGING THE SYSTEM.

Someone should chime in here as there are some backdoor options someone should be able to help you out with.
Otherwise you may just need to swap out the HD (or re-image the drive)
