How to reserver username

I use the outlook2000 to receive email from our exchangeserver.We all in one domain.Every time,i open the outlook,it prompt to need a username,domainname and the password.How can i fixed the username and domainname on the prompt form.By doing that,every time,i just need to input the password.Anybody who can tell me how to do this,thanks in advanced!!!!

This is an OS problem - in that your haven't been authenticated on the domain yet. One trick is to map a drive letter to a share on the domain, make sure to tick the 'Remember this...' box, or something close to that.

That way, you will be authenticated on the domain prior to Outlook starting, and should simply open your mailbox.
