How to Replicate Citrix Server

we have PS4.0 on a win2k3 box test box. It seems everything is configured correctly and running smoothly for the test box. I want to replicate this test box to a new win2k3 server with much better specs. What is the steps to do this thank you.

PS4 can be images to similar hardware (exact is better). What I do is build my source server to the point just before I install PS4, i.e. in install Windows Server, TS, Lockdown, Apps, then image using Ghost (or other imaging program). I then restore the image to the target machine, use NerwSID from sysinternals.com, join domain, install PS4.
