95 and 98 dont think it works in xp or 2000
in system.ini replace shell=Explorer.exe
to shell=nameofyourapp.exe

this make your program the only thing on the system
no startbar, no icons, realy cool.

Some questions

1) How do you shut down?
2) How do you revert to the normal windows state?

Could be a nice solution for a consulting terminal in a shop

to revert back edit the system.ini from dos and
put back shell=Explorer.exe

to shut down i think you do a ctrl-alt-delete and select
shutdown from the task manager or put a shutdown option in your program ...
