how to replace ringing signals

All freinds,

Our custormer want to hear music replacing of ringing tone when incoming call and background music during conversation. Is it possible? which equipment is needed?

New telephone models can be programed to play any melody. Like on mobile phones. Of course that melody is not polifon etc.
