I was wondering what is the easiest way to replace Inodist.ini file. We just installed a Window 2000 Server and want to configure it the be the Distribution Server. We don't want to use Admin Server function.
I tried to replace it with a batch file but did not work. The problem arises when the local machine (Win XP Pro) does not have an administrator permission. I've tried using runas command but did not work. Here is an example of my batch file:

cd\
cd C:\Program Files\CA\eTrust\InoculateIT
pause
runas /u:%computername%\administrator xcopy \\ServerName\FolderName\InoDist.ini /Y | c:\sanur XXXX(where XXXX is the password for local administrator account)
pause
