I am receiving the 7,004.46 error code. I've cleaned everything. I've replaced the maintenance tray with a brand new one. The next step I would guess would be to replace those 2 sensors. Can anyone help me with instructions on how to do this? Or can anyone recommend any other actions that I can try?

Others have said to check the drum maintenance cam/clutch but it sounds like it turns just before I receive the error so I am more inclined to think that it is a faulty sensor.

Help, please!!!

Your problem is not likely the sensor, it is correct thad your DMU clutch is rotating before the error, but is can by slipping or thurn to far. If we talk of an phaser 800 serie's this is a known problem and the cluch is the problem, if it is about an phaser 300 serie check on the clutch for 3 small cam's, if one is used and the clutch is not holding it replace it, if the cams are good, replace the right io board. location low right front below the right cover. Explanation of this error:
The DMU home sensor did not actuate or change state as expected. Greetz Dany
