How to replace a failed scsi disk in SUN StorEdge A5200

Hi, all

I need help or some tips, I have a Sun Enterprise 4500 system and it has connected two Disk arrays StorEdge A5200 in mirror using Disk Suite, I need to replace a wrong disk in a StorEdge, something has a procedure for make that,
can I change the disk in power on the array, or I have to turn off the system?...
help me please.. Thank you
