How to Replace 1140E set With New One

Hi all,

I need to replace a 1140E with a bad display with another 1140E. I think the old phone has to be deregistered first. Any help appreciated.

Yes look in EM/Resources/TelephoneResources/IPsets/IP Terminal Details at the bottom

I remember now, since this is a mg off of the cs1000 I need to note the TN before deregistering.

Also if tou have static IP see BCM monitor to get the ip that the bad set has in order to give the new set the same ip.
