I have created a resource pool with 4 project files named - FY11.mpp, FY12.mpp, FY13.mpp and FY14.mpp. When I look at the data in the resource usage view it is listed in this order FY12, FY13, FY14, FY11. I would like to have FY11 be the first project listed followed by FY12, FY13 and FY14. I've broken the links and tried relinking but always comes back to the wrong order. What determines the order in which these projects are listed in the resource pool and is there a way to change that order so that I can have the data listed in ascending order by fiscal year?

You didn't say what version you are using, but in my 2010, I can Sort > Sort By > Project

If using a previous version, I would look for similar under the Project menu.

I'm using ver 2003. Just logged back onto my system and now the order is correct FY11-14. Not sure why it is correct without me doing anything other than shutting down the system and bringing it back up. Thank you for the sort option too as this works also as I am able to change the sort using the project field.
