How to renew tech support?

I am in the process of preparing the budget plan for new fiscal year and need price info of CA ARCserve backup software support. I used to be able to go onto the CA website and got the renewal info(cost) there. But I couldn't find it this time. I have tried a couple time, went to the site, how to buy, all I got was the list to allocate a reseller. They don't have price info online as they used to be. Any idea how I can find price information of CA ARCserve backup software support? Thanks.

I "think" but not 100% sure that the change was made intentionally to help the resellers. The really big accounts are handled directly and CA stays clear of the smaller ones directing people to the resellers.

As described to me it is supposed to make things better for both the resellers and the clients. The idea is the resellers will be able to give personal attention to the clients and build a relationship.

I know there is still contact info for CA sales but don't know if they will be able to give you a price or just direct you to a reseller. What I do know from searching the web is that ARCserve does go for different prices.
