How to rename Workstations with SMS

does anybody tell me How to rename Workstations with SMS ?

Just rename the workstation like normal.. SMS should pickup the new name and tie it to the existing SMS GUID that is stored in the C:\WINNT\SMSCFG.INI.

You need to be on SMS 2.0 SP3+ to avoid a bug that will duplicate the records.

Hi the question was not exactly How to rename a station with SMS on it but a remote station with sms script or other thing like that
