First i want to let you know my OS is in spanish,so im not sure im giving you the right translations :D

My problem is i cant rename my system on windows server 2003.

There is a note saying something like:

The system´s identifiaction cant be changed because the Certificate Autority Service is installed on your system.

Anyone knows how can i solve this??

THx in advanced guys :)

You'd have to remove the Certificate Authority. And that can be tricky if that CA has been used to generate certificates that are in use in your environment.
