How to remove wallpaper settings ?

OK, I know about the NoDispBackgroundPage reg key and it does work, er sort of !!, if you login in as the admin you don't get the wallpaper settings as you would expect, but if you log in as a user they're back again !!!!, what am I doing wrong, Oh and by the way I stuck the key (DWORD) here.


[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]


Please help, currently going mad trying to stop users putting stupid pictures on desktops

as the key indicates, it only changes the current user. you better work with policies, that's simplier and clearer to manage. try poledit
