Hi,
Some days ago I downloaded a program (mxformat), but when I noticed it was a nn-days trial, I aborted the installation. Since that, each time Windows starts, it tries to resume the installation, but of course it fails because I deleted the installation file.
So I guess there must be a reference, which I would like to remove, to the file in some start-up file; I looked in the usual ones (win.ini, system.ini, etc.) and in the "startup" folder in the startup menu, but I didnt find anything.
I appreciate any help.
Thanks.

Use msconfig. It looks on all the places for you.
