How to remove sysmonxp,fvprotect,firewalllogger etc

My system was affected with soem virus and the SPY hunter
detected the files SYSMONXP.exe userconfig9x.dll
firewalllogger.txt and FVprotect.exe in c:\winnt
but how can they be removed.
the Delete options etc not working.

Also how the files get the property of unremovable
I tried making their property to archive an delete
also from dosprompt

No way! some one pls give me a clue
