How to remove Skin/Plugin from Internet Explorer

Hi,
I have got this website

http://mysearchnow.com/

wich makes itself default page and installed -- I dont'know how -- a toolbar on my IE.
I tried to remove this toolbar, so I looked in add/remove programs and I could find anything poiting to it. My general question is : how to remove a skin or a plugin from internet explorer (6.0) when nothing is avaialble on add remove programs.

In particular the BHO cop, which should remove the toolbar. However follow the full FAQ which should ensure everything is removed.
