Greetings,
I have one set doing "Please record your name after the tone" when outside lines call in.
I don't remember I set it anywhere.
How to remove it? Please kindly advise. Thanks.

Sounds like you have screen call turned on for that box.

log into the pc interface and under mailbox settings uncheck screen calls!
