How to remove "contact" folder

When I want to send a mail with Outlook 2003 I see two address books named "contact", but one of them doesn't work.

In this Outlook I have an exchange mailbox with a "contact" folder enabled to be seen when sending messages, and a PST file with a "contact" folder not enabled to be seen.

I can not remove "contact" folder that doesn't work. I have same problem in all computers on the network, in some of them second "contact" folders give an error message when accessing and in other this folder is just empty. But in none of them I can not remove this contact folder.

Can you help me, please?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
