How to remove operators

Hi All,

I have ext 10, 14, 18 and 22 setup as operators somehow. I think it was when I was first setting up the system and was plugging the operator console into different ports

Anyway, I tried going through WinSPM into extension programming and removing the extra extensions (should only be 10) and no luck. I went to Extensions->Operator->DLC (from memory, not at the phone system now) and entered 22, then hit delete, and so on down to ext 14 but they are still there.

How do I remove them?

Do what you did, and then press "STORE ALL".

Remember, the system has to be idle to do this.
