How to remove msg about kitchen printer being offline in micros

Hello,
Half the kitchen printers are off and after we put orders in we get the msg that the order didn't reach them and have to click the okay button a couple of times which creates an inconvenience. How can i remove those errors showing on the pos terminals. Thank you in advance!

In manager procedures set the printers to disabled.
