How to remove machine from Veritas backup list 2

I've one machine which is in the backup list and was broken two weeks ago. Due to it is no longer in network, I can't view or uncheck it by using Veritas Backup Exec user interface. But, the Backup server always report the 'Backup Exec Alert: Job Failed' messages as "unable to attach to one of the drives' or 'The directory is invalid'.

Does anyone know how to remove that machine from the backup list? Thanks.

In the selection list, change the view to Text - then you will be able to delete the server from the list.

Thank you so much for the help and I really appreciate it. I deleted the server from selection list.
I have one more question. How can I save the selection list of one job and in what fomat should I save it so I can insert it back to another job? Since I have two backup schedules, one for full backup and one for incremental backup, I hope they have the same contents.

When you create the job, you can put in a name of the selection list.
When you create the incremental job, just choose this selection list from the list provided.
