Depends on how it was set up; generally, you would go to Extensions - Group Calling - Ext. No. of Voice Mail Calling Group - Lines/Trunks - Enter the Line Number and press Delete.
If your lines are in pools, you would enter the pool code instead of individual line numbers; If you want to remove only some of the lines in the pool, you need to remove them from the pool, put them in another pool, and add the new pool to the ARS if you are using ARS in the Hybrid mode.
