how to remove in blue top bar " internet explorer provided by america

Hi guys , first time posting here , great site .
ok , you know when your machine (in this case windows 98) comes with aol(wich everybody hate) ! and you decided to uninstall aol but everytime you open your browser (IE) it comes in the top blue bar ..the site name .. then microsoft internet explorer provided by aol .. somebody in my company dont like that and i'm not sure wich setting in IE i have to change . i did windows updates, removed aol , clean temp files and cookies. what else can be done ..

Best to back up the registry before carrying through with this.

Start > Run > type in regedit

Navigate to this key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
Value Name: This is what you want to edit
Data Type: REG_SZ
