How to remove hook flash feature from analog line.

Hello,
How can I disable analog lines used for Polycom conference phones from having the hookflash function? Currently when you hit hook flash from the set it transfers the call to the receptionist. I would like to disable this on the analog line all together. I checked the CLS on the TN and all transfer features seem to be disabled. What am I missing?

With CLS XFD, every hook flash will send the caller to the console if one exists.

With CLS XFR, the call is just disconnected.
