How to remove extra spaces and line breaks in an email message.

I am using Outlook 2016 now and in previous versions of Outlook there used to be a feature where you can one click an option to condense the email message by removing all the extra line breaks and extra spaces. I can't find this anymore and I have tried searching and searching but the only words I know how to explain the feature is so close to other things I can't get good search results.

TLDR: Can't find feature in Outlook 2016 to clean an email message.
