I am using fedora 3 in dual boot with xp and want to turn off the option to edit grub when booting with options to edit the selected command in the boot sequence 'c' for command line 'o' to open new line etc that appears under the GRUB Screen
Your help would be appreciated.

You could set a password on grub so only those authorized could access the options.

You can read grub's security options by running this command:
[tt]info grub Security[/tt]
You should be able to get what you want from there.
