Airbrush (brush tool in airbrush mode) or Clone Stamp. No way to do it easy for 300 photos though. Each one will be a bit different. You might also try the healing brush... that might help.

Tell them to excercise and stop being vain. You only have a double chin if you are not excercising. That's where I got mine!

300 photos?
Who are you taking pictures of? Or is it just 10 seconds of video?
300 double chins..... 600 chins.... That's a lot of brush strokes... you'll get your exercise.
