How to remove connect banner info IIS 5.0 ?

Is there any way to remove or change the banner info that a portscan of a IIS 5.0 server sends out ?

If I scan my server I get this response:
Microsoft-IIS/5.0 Date: Tue, 10 Feb 2004 14:36:17 GMT

I would like to hide this information from potential hackers.
