How to remove beeping sound when mute

Hi all,

Is it possible or does anyone know how to eliminate the beeping sound on the Dectphone (eg DT368, DT570, DT590) after pressing the 'mute' button. We're using BC10.

Not possible. This is hardcoded in the firmware of the phones.
In the next upcoming firmware release for the DT590 (8.41) then mute indication will be removed.
By the way, the DT570 has not the mute tone signal.
