how to remove and add secondary CIL output 1

Hi,

below is the current printout for IODDP, IOFDP, IOIFP,IONCP, CLINP, i'm trying to remove SMDR-2 , and add again , the current setup for SMDR-1 is going to Call Billing system , and SMDR-2 is going out via Serial port to Winfiol collecting call Log as backup. now it's not working, and i wanted to set this SMDR-2 throwing data to a new PC , anyone know what are the actual step and command ?

I have extra license for SMDR-ETH-Interface , let me know if it's possible to throw the SMDR to the free port.

Base on my print out , do you think I can remove the current smdr02 output from v23 to ethernet as i have extra license to the system.

Will it affect the smdr01 output to hotel call billing system ?

if your v24 is in smdr-2 you can end that with this command and no affect to other cil oupput.

this is not config error you must check conection between niu& pc
about tmu try end with cnboe:bpos=5-1-30; and if equ busy show try rfboi:bpos=5-1-30; and again cnboe

I manage to get smdr-02 in service but i couldn't get the cil print Ou from winfiol terminal 3 . It become out of service again after a while. I'm wondering how the previous engineer program the smdr02. And for your info the customer technical team that already resign removed and shut down both DNA server and winfax.

Would you advise to remove the DNA and winfax services ?

If yes what are the step.

Sorry typo

Loving user lol , well I mean is there anyway to edit or remove the current smdr 2 login from winfiol ? I get connected but login error

If I use other authentication, the smdr for internal and external does not run at winfiol 2nd # channel

Purpose of 2nd channel is use for cil backup, in case there is a complain from individual analogue extension that there are pesky human disturbing His/her extension then we will refer from this 2nd #
