How to remove an old PO/Domain

Is there a way to remove an old PO and Domain from the Groupwise system. I've tried several time to delete the objects and make sure they were empty. I ended up creating another PO and Domain but now have this unusable PO and Domain showing up in MTA.

We use two Dell 2500-P41.4GHz/1.0G RAM, running NetWare 5.1 SP5-GroupWise 6.5, to host each of the two PO/Domain.
