Hi,

I've searched around & can't see how to do this, but that's probably my weak google-fu...

I have a set x3932 that is currently showing as an Extension DN in Callpilot for x3930. How do I remove x3932 from x3930 so it can have it's own mailbox?

This probably should have been posted in the Nortel:CallPilot Messaging Solution but I will outline how to do this.

Open up CallPilot Manager and login. click on User --> User Search and enter 3930. Open up the user 3930 and scroll down until you see extension DN's where you should then see 3932. Delete 3932 and then save the user 3930.

You will then be able to create a new voice mail box for 3932.

Apologies for posting in the wrong place.

I've just tried that as a quick search & it doesn't show x3932 anywhere. Yet if I do an advanced search for extension DN on x3932 it shows x3930 as the result...

And when you open up mailbox 3930 you don't see 3932? That is odd.
What happens if you try and create a new voice mail box on 3932? Does it give you an error?

Just remembered to update this.

I must have been having a bad day. I followed your advice again & sorted it. Thanks.
