Hi.

Someone at work was messing around with access and accidentally put a password on MS Access. To make things worst, we don't know what the password is and now can't get into Access at all. Is there a way of logging in to access as admin so that I can get rid of this password without actually 'knowing' the password??? Any idea's anybody.

Thanks in advance.

Tadynn.

If Access is asking for a login password, you could try to replace the system.mdw with a backup or the original from the installation disks. This will work if you haven't any user security defined. Terry L. Broadbent

Thanks tlbroadbent. You've actually helped me out of a jam before as I remember.

Thanks for your help.
