How-To: Remote Access our Network.

I want to connect remotely to our network so that I can do a few minutes of work from home without driving all the way to our office for 30 minutes worth of work.

I've got a Windows 2000 Server computer.

I'm trying to access the network with a Windows XP computer.

How would I go about setting this up? I've done some research and read many knowledgebase topics but have had no luck so far.
