How to remedy low resolution titles

I am attempting to produce titles in Adobe Premiere 6.0.

Although I have produced titles in both Premiere and in Photoshop according to the specifications identified in relevant manuals (e.g. 720 x 540 px for NTSC 0.9), I remain very disappointed with the very poor quality resolution of the texts (i.e. they're fuzzy & pixelated).

Any guidance on how to remedy this situation would be much appreciated.

Did you get any advice on this problem 'cos I have the same and have been unable to remidy it.

Try checking at what bit-rate your creating the images. I've created imagesin Photoshop and imported them into Premiere and have never had a problem
