How to reload LIM remotely ? 1

I need to make reload of LIM remotely.

If I want to make a reload of LIM, procedure is clear:
1. Block the LIM for traffic by BLLTI
2. Do LALRL to reload a LIM

But, what can I do if modem connection goes through LIM that should be blocked ? If I block a LIM and stop the traffic, I wouldn't be able to unblock it any more..

the answer is obvious,
don't block the LIM and send LARL command (I never use BLLTI, causes me always lots of trouble)
