How to Release Analogue Extn from Line locked...

Can anyone help in for the Sacop / Sacos procedure in BC11 SP12 to release analogue extn from blocked status,

Solution 1
Unplug cable connector from this board and try rfpui once more.
Try EXTEE.
Solution 2
Unplug cable connector from this board
BLEQI :EQU= 001-3-52-08;
rfpui once more.
Try EXTEE.
Solution 3 send to forum printout of command:
SUSIPIR=7337;

If restarting ELP6 doesn't fix your problem then you had to RFPUI:UNIT=DER,LIM=1; Que pointer could be locked up.
