Hi,

I'm pretty new to Wise scripts. I'm using Wise Installation System version 6.0. I need to register certain dlls which will be installed on the clients machine in their windows/system directory. I thought the 'self-register ocx/dlls' command would do it but it doesn't seem to be doing the job - any ideas? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance
John B

You have to register each file you want registered.

Example to register Crystal Runtime type the following in the Register setting box.

regsvr32.exe C:\fpa\Crystl32.ocx

The FPA folder is where my file is located yours will be what ever you want to register.

The register in Wise does not regester anything is deceiving. When the register runs it will say successful.
