How can I call a store procedure when building the universe?

You can't.

You can call any stored function as long is it returns a single value.

It makes no sense for a universe to use a Stored Proc. A report can be sourced from a Stored Proc.

Yes and No.

Technically it is possible to incorporate a stored procedure into a view definition. But for obvious reasons only for very special occasions.

Adding the view to the universe would then use the stored procedure indirectly.

Again, this is all a theoretical possibility (I've seen it once in an Oracle ERP system)
