Hi,

I would like to know if there is someone out there that can help me!

I need to know what is the command to reduces/archive the index’s of all the clients that I do backups of.

Hi

I use "cron" to run the following command once a week on a Sunday.

/usr/sbin/nsr/nsrck -C -x 99 > & /tmp/networker_index.tmp

This will reduce your index sizes.

Note: I am currently running 5.1 not 6 which is where the indexing changes completly.

Note: You should only run this command when no backups are running.

Hope it Helps
