How to rediscover a deleted device?

I am running CW2k 5th Edition, RME, and Campus Manager on Windows 2k. I deleted some devices off of the Campus Topology map and cannot seem to make ANI rediscover those devices. I reinitialized the ANI database and did a new discovery but it will not find those particular devices that I deleted. Did a rediscover on the switch those devices are attached but that was of no use.
Saw an article on Cisco's Network Professional Forum but all it said was to reinit the database which I have done.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Give it some time at least a day, they should come back up. It also happened to me long ago.
