How to redirect the page from server

I am new to PHP. I have worked in ASP and its quite easy to use. PHP on the other hand is a bit tricky. Does any one know what is the used in PHP for redirecting the page from the server. I know response.rediect in ASP but dont know the syntax in PHP. Thanks.
