Dear team,
Exchange 2003 current scenario:
- All Incoming mails - okay and no issues.
- All Outgoings are blocked for all outside domains.
The requirement:
The requirement is to direct all outgoing messages to a particular email id within the domain. The aim is that if someone sends out an email (either new or as a reply to a received email from outside), it will get redirected to a particular email. The authorized person would scrutinize it and then, from a particular email id, send out to the actual intended email address in the email.
Can this be achieved? Or, more generally, how this kind of need/situation can be handled?
Thanks in advance,
Rajesh Karunakaran
