How to recycle tapes automaticaly????

Ok so here I am: browse policy: 3month, retention: 3 years.
I have a 30 tapes 3 driveslibrary.
We backup full on the week-end on 20 of the tapes and we do incremental on the 10 left. I have 2 pools: 20 tapes in "FULL" and 10 in "INCREMENTAL"
Now how can I make Networker 6.0 recycle these incremental tapes every week????
