Hi!
I am installing a conceptronic CH3HNAS as back-up station (raid 1) with 2 HD's each 2Tb.
My Q:
Once there might happen an error, whatever what kind of error,
how can I retrieve data from one of the Harddisks?
I understand (but do know almost nothing) this is Linux file-format.

Maybe, I'm looking too far in dept for what might happen but take into account that Murphey is always present :)

Data recovery should not be an issue when using a NAS that is set up as RAID 5... but there are apps that are on the market that offer this:

Disk Doctors XFS Data Recovery (UNIX)

External storages recovery (NAS and DAS)

Raise Data Recovery for XFS
