How to recover a DataBase from MYD, MYI and FRM files 1

Hello.

I've just received a backup of a MySQL database and it contains several MYD, MYI and FRM files: table_name1.myd, table_name1.myi, table_name2.frm, ...

I've just created the database and I would like to recovert the tables.

How must I perform it? Thank you very much.
 
Thank you very much for the answer. Must I stop mysql daemon???
